End of the contest and winner’s announcement: 1st of August 2018

1. CONTEST TERMS & CONDITIONS:
   • Anyone can take part to the contest. The contest ends on August 1st, 2018. The winner must redeem the prize within 2018.
   • The prize is an informational website consisting maximum five (5) pages in one language. Idilio Studio offers free web hosting for one year. For the upcoming years hosting needs to be renewed by the client.
   • The prize can not be exchanged with money or any other service/goods.
   • We will develop the five page website based on the winner’s requirements (client). A meeting can take place at our location or via Skype.
   • The website’s content should be legal. Different types of illegal content may include pornography, sexual abuse material, violence, acts of terrorism, criminal actions, illegal items or services and hate speech.
   • In case the client owns a domain name, we will attach it on the deliverable. Otherwise the domain name purchase is offered for free for one year. For the upcoming years domain name needs to be renewed by the client.
   • Once the website design is approved by the client, the design is considered ready for implementation. Should the client wish to make changes to a design they have approved or add more than five pages, those changes/additions are billable at our standard hourly rate. Provision of content (texts and images) is client’s responsibility. Entry of data for database applications is considered client’s responsibility. Entry of data by Idilio Studio is billable, unless otherwise provided for in client’s contract. For websites with administrative control panels or content management systems, two (2) one-hour training sessions will be provided.
2. DESIGN & IMAGES ASSET:
   Images outside of the website design must be provided in digital form or in a form that can be easily scanned, unless otherwise provided for in client’s contract. Subsequent revisions will be billable at our regular hourly rate. Stock photography includes most photos and/or images not provided by the client. Stock photography purchased on behalf of client for use in website development is billable at a minimum of €20 per picture. This amount is separate from the amount quoted for website design and development (which is free for the contest’s purposes). Some pictures are more expensive than €20, in which case we will solicit client approval and communicate the price before purchasing.
3. SUPPORT & REVISION:
   We offer local and long-distance phone support to our clients. We do not normally bill for technical support depending on the source of the problem, its severity, and our time invested. If Idilio Studio is not the source of the problem, technical support may be billable. For work we do on the website after going live, we charge on an hourly basis. Because customer service is in integral part of our business strategy, all of our projects include a one-time complimentary training session in order for our clients to better make use of their new web technology. Additional training hours can be purchased at our standard hourly rate or applied against your existing maintenance contract.
4. COPYRIGHTS & USER MANAGEMENT:

5. TIMELINE & PAYMENT SYSTEM:
   Idilio Studio will deliver the project in a month from the project’s start date. Idilio Studio will still perform corrective actions AT NO CHARGE for 1 month after publish date. After the month has expired, content posted to site will be billable at our current regular hourly rate. In the event that design and navigation changes are requested after they have been specifically approve by the client, these changes will be billable at our current regular hourly rate.
6. CANCELLATION:
   If website design and development work has already begun (such as creating a design concept), then in case the client decides to cancel the project for any reason, the whole work will remain as Idilio Studio’s property and refund is not offered.

Idilio Studio may update or revise this agreement from time to time. You agree that you will review this agreement periodically. If we make any changes to this agreement, we will change the “as of” date below. You are free to decide whether or not to accept a modified version of this agreement, but accepting this agreement, if materially modified, will be required for you to take part in our Facebook contest. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement or any modified version of this agreement, your sole recourse is to terminate your participation in our Facebook contest.
